December 2022, in the heart of my favorite city of Rijeka, the iconic Book Cafe Dnevni boravak became a support for my art, giving me the opportunity to share my works with the public. I really enjoyed it. It was a special moment for me, because I felt welcomed and supported, reconnecting with the “Flowing City” and remembering precious memories from my student days.
In the gallery within the Book Cafe Dnevni boravak cafe, I placed my 15 works in a way that created an incredible closeness with the visitors, where they could drink coffee, enjoy a glass of wine or their favorite book literally a few centimeters from the painting. The atmosphere was relaxed, almost as if we were all part of the same story. The comments were extremely positive and encouraging, which further motivated and encouraged me in further artistic expression.
I would like to thank Book Cafe Dnevni boravak and everyone who visited the exhibition. Through photos, I convey a part of the pleasant atmosphere.
